1-800-GOT-JUNK is coming to haul away about one-fourth of my belongings today, and I thought I would take one last picture of my living room before I start taking the pictures down off the walls, packing the pillows in boxes and generally ripping apart my apartment. There is another part of my living room with a recliner, a ficus tree and a tv and stereo among other things, but there is too much junk awaiting pick-up for me to want to post how shamefully messy it is on that side of the apartment.
I have made a pact with my stationary bike to take a spin on him at least twice a week for the next six weeks before I donate him to the Salvation Army for the next (unfortunate) exerciser to ride. He's been a good friend for many years, but it's time to say goodbye. We'll both always have fond memories of each other, though. While I have (sporadically) exercised the past few years, we have watched many Cubs games and episodes of TiVo'd shows (particularly The Office and Entourage) together.
